Where you can create the perfect bespoke menu to suit your specific needs. If there is something you’d like but don’t see it as an option on the menu, just ask! With deep roots in Cayman and decades of experience with cuisines from around the globe, we have the resources to make almost anything happen.
Breakfast
Highlighting the bounty of Cayman and the wider Caribbean, our breakfast service is the perfect hassle-free start to a day of excursions and activities or to set you up for a day of lounging by the pool and/or beach with a cold beverage in hand.
Lunch
Our family style lunch options are a fantastic way to fuel up mid-day so you and your group can make the most of your afternoon. Everything is served on platters for sharing or as a “build your own bar” where we set out an array of toppings for guests to create their own flavour adventure. If you desire a more formal or structured lunch menu we’d be happy to accommodate, juts let us know.
Dinner
Our well equipped three course dinner menus include two canapés and can be fully customised to your needs and preferences. We use only premium ingredients for all of our menus, serving only the best for you and your group.
